The First Full Moon
Fortunate New Spring
Dear Friends,
Viên Thông Pagoda will begin chanting the Medicine Buddha sutra and light offering; to alleviate mishaps and pray for a peaceful and bless new year from the 1st of the Lunar New Year to the 15th day (First Full Moon). Buddhist can continue to provide names for the light offering or participate in chanting the sutra and dharma discourse every Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday service beginning 02-08-2008 to the First Full Moon on 02-21-2008.
We wish you and yours a New Year with peace and prosperity.
